Refund & Return Policy – ORIVA

At ORIVA, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Please review our return and refund guidelines below:

30-Day Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unopened, with its original safety seals intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note:

  • Returns must be sent to the following address: Plaza Number 5, Palm View Market Madhali Road Sahiwal 57000, Pakistan
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened or used skincare and personal care products cannot be returned or refunded, unless they are defective.

Additionally, we cannot accept returns on items purchased during clearance sales or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted and inspected, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund Process

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved.

  • If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account.
